Our story
Long before writing a line of code, our founder spent countless hours in strategy games like Age of Empires and Anno — building foundations, managing resources, optimizing workflows, solving problems before they became bigger. Without realizing it, that was systems thinking, and it's still how we approach every project.
In 2019, that curiosity led into web development through WordPress, then Shopify, Wix, and no-code platforms. But the more clients we worked with, the clearer the pattern became: most business owners didn't need another website. They needed better systems — something to replace the spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and repetitive manual work running behind the scenes.
That shift in focus, from building websites to building custom software, became Mollahs IT. AI now lets us prototype and build faster across more of the stack, which means more time spent understanding a client's business and less time lost to repetitive code.
Alongside client work, we teach young people how to use AI in their academic, professional, and everyday lives — several of those students now work with us directly.
