A writing tool, not a robot
Dalil OS does not file, review or approve deeds. It replaces Microsoft Word for the person at the keyboard: guided forms, suggested wording and automatic formatting remove the retyping, copy-paste and arithmetic errors. The deed writer still checks every line and signs off — the software just makes a flawless draft the default.
Three steps to a full deed
The form follows the order you already take details from a client. Nothing new to learn.
Type it once
Buyer, seller, khatian, dag and boundaries go into one form, in the order the client gives them. A name used in six places is typed once.
The deed writes itself
Legal wording, the schedule and the hand sketch are placed for you. No blank fields, no stale names left over from copy-paste.
Export and print
A PDF sized for non-judicial stamp and cartridge (demy) paper, plus an editable Word file for any manual change.
